Only had this for three months. Today it froze, than cut off wont charge. Screen blank. What do I do now?

Try a restart do it 3 times

I tried all the trouble shooting the screen is blank wont turn on off charge nothing.Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S8.

My fitbit versa is a few months old. I charged it fully before my walk.Was on and than the screen went blank. Tried all trouble solutions that you sent me and nothing. This was a week ago.
