Hi Yojana,

 

The bluetooth and wireless feature has stopped working on my ionic.  It's 6 months old, and will no longer sync.  Could you make a recommendation on how to fix?

Thanks for your patience to this matter, let me help  you syncing your tracker. I know that you've probably performed some troubleshoots so in order to get back on track please exhaust all the steps listed on this great article.
