I have the ionic watch. I took it off last night before sleeping. 5am I get up and put my watch on. It says I have 20,000 steps already........I took a picture but I can’t get it to attach

Is the Fitbit near a vibration source like a fan, dehumidifier, or even a computer CPU? It can see the vibration as steps and add false steps.

You can enter a driving record to get rid of them
