Strava trouble

The last week I've had to manually upload my runs into strava, It's not auto-syncing.

I've:

-Revoked access

-Cleared my Ionic and set it up again

-Cleared strava

All runs have been with GPS enabled.

I have a new Ionic as I wanted to exercise without my phone and still be on Strava, but I can't seem to connect at all. The App is there and I have a Strava account but I don't know how to download to it. I wonder whether there's a temporary blip with Strava or Fitbit?? I'll look out for any constructive advice!

Also, How long does it normally take for a run to show up on Strava?

Same issues. Bought a New Ionic especially to use gps and track to Strava, but it is not recognising the data!! Or syncing

I've deleted everything and started from square one with no success. It still shows Not Authorized, Account N/A but does show my name under Strava login. On the Strava APP it shows my fitbit is connected.

Update:

If anyone cares, Strava just worked for me. I haven't changed anything since I made the post and was uploading manually. After my run just now, I received a alert from Strava about my run, It had been uploaded and accurate.

I had the same experience. I'd tried the helpdesk who were helpful but basically told me to do all the stuff I'd already tried. I was on the point of returning my Ionic and switching to Garmin (as the Strava connection was key to my original choice) when, lo and behold, 3 activities suddenly loaded at 1.00 am one night and, since then, all my GPS exercise has loaded properly and (mostly) quickly to Strava. I've still no idea why but conclude that either Strava or Fitbit has 'sorted' something! Long may it continue!
