I saw on another post that it is a known issue and is being worked on. So for now I'm uploading my runs manually.  I guess it's a wait and see.

Thank you for letting me know this

Hello guys!

I was facing this same issue, but I read some tips on another post and it worked.

Open strava.fitbit.com on your phone browser, and then authorize it.

After that you should be able to sync your walk/run/cycling with Strava.

Regards.

My app says authorized. But it's not pushing towards Strava.

Best Answer

After authorized it will only sync the new/next walk/run/cycling that you will perform.

To see your previous walk/run/cycling on Strava you need to export a .TCX file from each of these activities on Fitbit dashboard and then import them through Strava website.

I’ve tried the Strava.fitbit to authorize several times, unfortunately not working for me.

Best Answer

Yes I know about that only afterwardts that the runs should push thru. I've been authorized the whole time.  So we will see

Thank you. This normally works for me too however isn’t this time. There’s a warning :warning: triangle on the strava app on my fit bit app which is strange and. Ow my watch won’t connect back to the actual strava app either

Yeap, mine keep showing “not authorized” but it is synching normally all my walk/run/cycling activities, so it’s ok for me.

So last night I tried more time of revoking access, deleting strava from my ionic and then started over.. I had did this before. So far I had a walk from 3 days ago sync. I'll  see how it goes this morning after my run. 🤞

Just finished up. It synced without a problem.

My run this morning did sync even though it still says not authorized when I go into Strava through my Fitbit app and the caution sign is still there, not sure why that is. But so far it’s working today, fingers crossed it continues!
