My Ionic has decided to have the logo on screen all the time, I have tried to carry out a factory reset, hold all 3 buttons logo goes, comes back then goes, release bottom right button. But no vibration and the logo re-appears and it does nothing from there. Have you any suggestions before I throw this thing against the wall 🙂

Mine has been doing the same thing since this morning. I’ve tried the reboot too, but no luck!

Might be time to ditch the Fitbit then. move to Apple Watch
