My Fitbit Ionic was working perfectly but then it wouldn’t sync & kept saying “Looking”. I removed the device from my profile & trying to set it up again but it is stuck on “Searching” & won’t pick it up. I have done the following:
Turned off my Bluetooth
Turned off my phone
Deleted the Fitbit app & re-installed
Restarted the Ionic but pressing all three buttons until the logo appeared
Please help!
