Hi,
My fitbit Ionic (acquired july 2018) suddenly went to black screen. It still syncs, gives alarms (i cannot stop or change of course), etc... Tried to do the jard and other knowns resets but any of them work. How to get service on this device?

Hi @wwittevr — try going to the app on your phone, changing to a different clock face, and the syncing. If that works you can sync back to your current clock face after.
