how i send swimming results to strava? it is loaded automatically? if its not compatible, which app may i use to send automatically the swimming info to strava!

Hello @Cristiopher153 welcome aboard, I'm happy to assist you with your inquiry.

 

As it turns out, Fitbit only transfers exercises that were recorded using GPS, that said, since the Swim exercise doesn't include GPS information, this specific activity will not be transferred. I recommend you to check our list of compatible apps here. Also, you can check the Strava apps here.

OK, @RicardoFitbit I see a lot of people asking the same question and all you do is refer them to a list of compatible apps?  Many of the apps on that list are not fully compatible (for example MapMyRun does not get heartrate information). It would be helpful if the experts could help guide us instead of us having to install, sign-up, and test many different apps only to find there are still potential shortcomings.  Can Fitbit designate experts in particular areas, such as swimming, so that they can really help people through, or raise issues to the developers?   I am retired from software development and support so I understand the system.
