I have purchased two Ionics on the internet and both have stopped working as soon as I go swimming. In both cases the touchscreen goes first and then the screen just stops working all together. Is this an issue with the watch or am I buying from an after market vendor that is reconditioning Fitbit watches and selling them as new.
I really like the watch but want to know if this is going to happen with every watch?

I have stopped swimming with ionic and Versa, I have both. I use the flex 2 to swim, I find the newer watches don’t do well in water🙄
