Swipe unresponsive when on wrist

Hi,

Touch screen does not function on my Fitbit Ionic(adidas edition) for last a few months. I thought it would come back again but it never happens.

I had tried to reset or reboot many times whenever I have this problem, but it doesn't fix at all. (Touch screen function works after reset but doesn't work at all whenever I wear it on my wrist.)

What's the problem on my Fitbit? How can I fix it? Please let me know.

Thanks for your reply and for troubleshooting your Ionic before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try changing your device's clock face following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi,

The problem that I found for last several days during my exercises is the Screen Wake.

When I change the Screen Wake to the Manual Button mode, the screen touch functions well, but when I change back to Auto Motion, the screen touch doesn't function at all again.

What do you think about this problem? Is it all because of the Screen Wake function?

Please help fix this problem.

Hopefully you come back to me again soon with some solution.
