I haven't used my Ionic for a couple of weeks and it's showing an old date/time as it hasn't synched (battery fully ran out). I also have a Versa and tried to switch to the Ionic to get it to synch again (after fully charging overnight). However when trying to synch the Ionic I get the 429 API call error so it won't connect. When switching back to my Versa (adding new device) it works perfectly - no 429 API call error.
How can I get the Ionic to synch so it will update date/time if it continues to give me the 429 API error? Or maybe the 429 API error is because it's trying to synch itself to reset date/time? Stuck in a catch 22 here - what do I do?
Be really good if Fitbit fixed the Ionic/Versa on the same account issue so I could save a separate profile for the Ionic and I wouldn't have this problem. I use the Ionic for running as it has inbuilt GPS which the Versa doesn't (and wouldn't have purchased if I'd known).
Thanks.
