Sync Runs from Fitbit to MapMyRun

I have sync setup between Fitbit and MapMyRun, but none of my Ionic runs show up in MapMyRun.

They are syncing to Strava just fine. Has anyone else been able to do this. An alternative would be to sync Strava to MapMyRun, but I haven't found a way to do that.
