Sync and pairing problems

Can anyone tell me why my Hauwei P8 Lite won't pair or sync with my Ionic. Trying to do this is driving me up the wall with frustration.

There seems to be a general issue with all the Hauwei "lite" phones which is why they are not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

There is some speculation that it may be to do with the version of the bluetooth chip in those phones but this has not been confirmed by fitbit.

Some people seem to be able to get theirs working, others working some of the time, and others not at all. I'm afraid there's not much that can be done about it.

i have the p10 lite and having issues syncing . sometimes it works but most of the time not . didnt realise it was the phone until i read this . thanks for sharing
