Sync freezing ionic and forcing restart

So as of yesterday for some reason when I try to sync my ionic with my phone ,the ionic freezes and after a minute restarts,once restarted it just goes into a cylce of freezing and restarting.Only way I can stop it is force close Fitbit app remove ionic from BT devices on phone and restart both and reconnect ,but even after a while the sync does the same .

I think the next step I would take would be a full factory reset. I know it's time consuming but I think that's the only thing left to try before contacting Fitbit support.

Hey Nathan,

How is/was your experience with the Ionic syncing totyour LG G6? I've got one, got this ionic on the 10th and have had to redo setup on my phone after 2 weeks, then more frequently after that, to where I factory reset it today and it's good again. Now I'm counting the days to the next setup or reset I have to do.

Wondering if your experience was similar, or if its more likely to be a bad tracker that I should get warranty replaced.

I am getting disgusted with the Ionic

For the money  it shouldn't need a reset to communicate with the app.  If they dont get it fixed I will be changing soon!
