Hi everyone, I just got my fitbit this weekend and I am excited. Couple of questions about notifications and syncing to a google calendar. So I have two google accounts (professional and personal) I want to make sure that my Ionic is linking to my google work calendar and I would like to receive calendar notifications (like vibrate or ring before each meeting etc..) Does anyone know if the Ionic is able to send this kind of notification and how to select which google calendar to sync with?

Having an event on your calendar won't generate a notification on your phone or the Ionic. Only events with reminders (app reminders, not email reminders) will pop up on the phone and the Fitbit.

Set up the notifications you want to receive on your wrist. Make sure your charged Fitbit device is nearby.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon > your device image.
  2. Tap Notifications. If you're prompted to pair your Fitbit device, follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Turn each notification category on or off depending on your preferences. If you want to see calendar notifications, make sure any other calendar apps are synced with your default calendar app. Only the default app sends notifications.
  4. If your Fitbit device can receive notifications from other apps on your phone, tap App Notifications and make your choices. If an installed app is missing from the list, sync your device and then check again.
  5. Sync your device.

Hello @Danselme  on the calandar app, you want to log into the Google calendar that you want to see on the wrist.

As for notifications, this app doesn't send any, your Fitbit app will send notifications to the wrist, simply choose which calandar that you want the app to send
