There seem to be an update but every time I try to download it fails I have to try about 20 times before it will sync my daily steps. I will not even try any of the other apps because I think this may get returned as it is just frustrating me. please help

Best AnswerTry to kill the Fitbit app, so it won't run, then remove the Bluetooth connection.
After that start the app again and reconnect the Bluetooth.
This is only 1 of the possible ways to solve this.
