Sync problem after firmware update

After I updated the Ionic firmware to 70.7.714 I've had trouble syncing with the Android app. I usually have to restart the Ionic to get it to sync.  Often it can't find the device. Or it will start syncing but never stop.

@ellaryk It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic isn't syncing all the time as it used it before the update. 

 

I appreciate the restart you've done. In this case, I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting and check if you get it working. Could you let me know the phone you're using?
