my oneplus 5 worked fine with my ionic until i got a fitbit update via playstore. now it wont pair and nothing is working. i see thta a lot have posted feedback on playstore that they are having same issues.

sorry i have managed to get it to sync but not via Bluetooth only via wifi. on wifi you need to have location turned on otherwise it wont work. don't know why it does that. Bluetooth pairs up with phone but wont sync.

It's possible that your tracker synced while you had the Bluetooth tuned on, Fitbit trackers and watches use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to sync with phones, tablets, and certain computers. As your mobile device is not compatible you can sync your Alta using a computer, check out this article.
