@Shuntad1020 that is how to restart the ionic. 

@Putt if your trying this happens anytime the app is open, or hold the finger on the dashboard and pull down. This is the same method used to refresh a web page or email. 

I'm not sure if your really asking how do I setup the ionic, what do you see on your ionic screen.
