Syncing Food from MFP to Fitbit

I've had my ionic watch for about a week and now and food that is entered into MFP is not syncing to my fitbit. I've already synced the apps but the food entries are not transferring. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

@Brenisha It can sometimes take a while for the two to sync, assuming you have correctly authorised the two accounts. I’ve just checked, by adding a meal into MFP, and it’s synced across to Fitbit without any problems. So it is working.

Yes, they are both synced. Exercise is transferring but food is not. Just checked and it is still not working.
