Hi,
I’m having the same issues as it seems lots of you, whereby my ionic won’t sync.
I’ve tried all the recommended resets etc etc.
I really love Fitbit but am ready to take it back! Becausr it’s not working I can’t check my app and be up to date, which was the whole motivation of having one in the first place.
It must Bluetooth steps but it doesn’t sync sleep or anything else.
Is Fitbit doing anything about these issues?

Not sure where Fitbit is with working on sync issues, but I do know you can contact them via the web at Fitbit Support.
