I have updated to the latest version, and I notice that I can't get notifications on my watch, and after a reboot of the watch, it works, and several hours later, can't get again.
And I tried once or twice, when I can't get notification, if I use Fitbit app, I can't sync with the watch, seems the Bluetooth disconnected. My phone is iPhone XS, latest update.
all day sync is turned on, now I have to reboot my watch now and then.
To avoid bother others my phone is always in mute mode, the watch's notification is really important to me.
any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Ionic prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Ionic are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
In regards syncing, please check and try the steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
