My ionic was working with my iPhone 8 for a couple of days. Now I can’t get it to sync at all. It won’t even show up on my Bluetooth device list. Any ideas would be helpful and appreciated!

Best AnswerI tried everything to aync that was suggested. Do I need to take it back to the store for a full refund?
I saw a post that said this issue had been resolved; however, I bought my Ionic last month, and although it worked fine up until this week, it has stopped syncing with my phone. I did the reinstall yesterday and it synced at that time, but has not synced since. This is very frustrating!
I have done all of the steps listed in your post and although it worked at that time, it did not continue to sync.

Best AnswerI tried all of these, my phone doesn't see the Ionic in BT options. I did have an IOS update and did the update, restarted all devices... still nothing. Started with a sync issue, now can't connect to BT to get the update from Fitbit.
