Is anyone else having a problem getting ionic to sync to their phone. Myself and to others I know have had problems for over a week.

Unfortunately, syncing problems happen from time to time, often for no apparent reason.
The usual things to try are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
Hopefully you'll get it fixed soon as fitbits only have enough storage to hold 5 - 7 days of data between syncs. After that they start to hold the data at a daily summary level rather than the usual detailed level.
