Tapping face to cycle through info

Hi all,

I used to be able to tap the face of my Ionic and the small info at the bottom of the face (I have an analog clock display) used to cycle through steps, heartrate, stairs, etc. 

I don't know what I did but now when I tap the face all that happens is a little padlock appears at the bottom right.

Any help would be much appreciated!

It's great to see you on the Community @Trampis. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I'm not sure if the padlock you're getting is from the unlock my Fitbit Ionic with my phone. If this isn't what you're seeing then provide me with a picture of what you're getting in your Ionic.

The small padlock appears when I tap the screen. Before I used to be able to toggle between info when I tapped the screen.

@Trampis is this custom or one of Fitbit stock watch faces? It looks like you enabled some sort of screen lock feature of this particular watch face. You may try to interact differently with it, for example, try to tap padlock after it appeared, see if long press (on screen, on the padlock) does anything. Alternatively, if this is a custom watch face check it's description in the store. Otherwise, I don't have any other ideas except just changing the watch face.

t.parker, it's a Fitbit watchface. I just tried long pressing on the screen when the padlock is on there and it doesn't do anything. Funny thing is this face used to work fine as far as toggling the info before. I don't know what changed!

Thanks for getting back @Trampis. I appreciate the screenshots shared and the extra details mentioned. 

 

I tried to look for the clock face that you're using in Fitbit clock faces but I couldn't find it. Could you share with me the name of it? Also, you can check who developed it by going to the clock face details and at the bottom of it, it will say offered by: Fitbit or any other person.

@SilviaFitbit It's on the app. It's called Medical Professional and I see the problem. Apparently this is a similar but different clock face to the one I previously had. This face doesn't allow you to toggle through the info at the bottom. 

Thanks to you I would have never found that out!
