I'm not able to receive text message notifications. I can receive all other notifications. I tried restarting phone and fitbit ionic.  I also tried disabling notifications. Please help

Are you running iOS 13? I ask as there's a known bug with notifications on that platform

ok, thanks for getting back. I've seen a few posts reporting issues under android but I have yet to see a solution. Sorry I can't help.

@Alissa02 there isn't a fix as such but fitbit have accepted there is an issue with iOS 13 notifications and looking inot it.
