I have been a fitbit user for approximately 3 years not. My Fitbit Ionic Screen died on 29 January 2020 and I posted a query on this site. Fitbit were very efficient with a response and I received excellent service. In fact I received a new pebble by courier ! Thank you very much to Dorreen and the Fitbit Team for the excellent and prompt service I received !!
