Read all messages on ionic not working after swim in ocean - tried resets, cleaning connections. It continued to show time but could not change screens. Unable to charge device and now is completely dead. Watch was received in 2018.
any suggestions?

I do not get the contact Fitbit prompt..... only Fitbit Community??
