Read all messages on ionic not working after swim in ocean - tried resets,  cleaning connections.  It continued to show time but could not change screens. Unable to charge device and now is completely dead.  Watch was received in 2018.

 

any suggestions?

Wait until it dries out, if that is the issue. 

Or 

Tap the top right corner, then on the menu tap Contact Fitbit.

I do not get the contact Fitbit prompt..... only Fitbit Community??
