Hi all, I have a Thermometer type symbol on my fit bit. It seems to have frozen too. its an orange lined triangle on black with a thermometer in the centre. Any clues?

Hi @RAFVETJIMBO.

 

I believe your Ionic may have over heated. I would recommend putting it somewhere out of direct heat so that it can cool down.

 

You may also want to try giving it a restart by following the steps here.
