Even though exercise is syncing from the main app screen, if I go to the watch screen, it says it hasn't synced in 12 hours (since I last tried 2 hour install) and the watch time is 5 minutes slow. If I try to sync from the watch screen it goes through the motions but nothing changes. Time still not right.
Not good. Very unhappy.

Try this: Ionic RESET (Press and hold the Left and Right Bottom Button until the Fitbit Logo appears), that has got the Ionic back on track every time I have done it (only needed to do it twice so far)". Good Luck and Happy Stepping!
