For those having problems syncing the Ionic to their phones try this. If you have any other devices paired with the Ionic remove the pairing. Only pair it to your phone make that the device you use to sync it. For your computer or anything else don't let it pair or connect. You can always start the app and look at your current readings from your last sync even if you synced with your phone as everything is sent to Fitbit's servers. when you want to update your readings sync with the phone.
