My fitbit has this message on the screen. "To continue using ASK please visit kzl.io/code and enter this code" then a code is provide. I cant get rid of it, what do I do? TIA

That means you have selected a third-party clock face that requires payment (usually a few dollars). To continue using, go to that web site for payment info, or change clock face in app. Going to that clock face in app clock face choice area will probably tell more about the payment.
