Today stats disappearing.

Why does the exorcise stat in the today section keep disappearing from the watch. And before you ask I have reset, rebooted restarted at large.

Hi @jonb1760, nice to see you around. 

 

Thanks for reporting this and for the steps that you've already tried. We don't have other reports about this at this moment, so I'd like to have information about it.  When did it start happening? Is this happening every day? Are the rest of stats okay?

 

Please attach some screenshots or pictures about the information that you're comparing in your Today and exercise tile. 

 

In the meantime, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Fitbit Dashboard > Account > Ionic > Remove device
  2. Remove it from your phone's Bluetooth
  3. Restart it
  4. Make sure your phone and Fitbit app are up to date
  5. Set it your Ionic once again
