My Fitbit app notified me on an update, mind you I got one Friday2/16/18...I had to update that one via Bluetooth and it took 4 hours. Now I get another update and it fails half way through with WiFi then I try Bluetooth and I get the error code. I am a faithful Fitbit user but this is getting to be to much for me. Please help me fix this

@Barbara73 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for updating your Fitbit Ionic to its latest firmware version. Are you still experiencing the same today?
If you are, I'd recommend taking a look at the troubleshooting steps on this helpful article. This should help you out on completing the update and shouldn't show that error message again.
