I tried to download the cute Fitbit Labs “My Dog Titan” clockface but it never works. I click the download button, and it starts to load. I think it’s about to work but it says that it can’t install. I keep trying but it never works! What should I do??

Not familiar with that particular watch face, but according to @MarreFitbit's post below, they aren't developed by Fitbit. There's a link in her post where you can give feedback.

Hopefully someone more experienced with that particular face will chime in.

@Jd0426 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the situation you are experiencing when downloading the clock face.

How many apps do you have installed on your watch? You can have up to 39 apps at a time. In this case, you cannot have more than 38 apps installed for you to install your clock face.
