when entering my code to unlock my watch it would not accept my code. I was then locked out. A message appeared on my watch Unlock with your phone. I have since spent hours trying to get my watch unlocked. I have cancelled my watch and reset it i have followed all instructions from the community Every time i put a new pin in it is not accepted. I am out of my countryAustralia. I desperately need a solution. I have tried to cancel my cards, however I need a pin to do this!!!!I am ready to dump this watch and go to Apple I am over Fitbit. Surge Blaze Ionic !

@Julia666 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic being locked. Thanks for following the instructions on how to change the PIN.
Have you tried to restart Ionic already? This has helped other users in the past.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
