Hello, I have been a very happy Ionic user for the past 6 months or so, until last week... I currently have 3 problems:
1) my battery life is non existent, watch doesn't even last from morning to night without dying on me
2) when I connect it to the charger: a) it doesn't vibrate and b) it will not turn on automatically after it receives power, I have to "hard reset" it, pressing all there buttons for around 1 minute
3) once it is on, I can NOT access the SETTINGS app, when I touch the wheel icon, it does nothing!!!
Please help! I am on lockdown in South America, which does not make anything better! Hope to hear from you soon!
