Unable to authorize Strava on Ionic

I am trying to connect Strava to me Fitbit Ionic, I am doing the necessary steps to authorise Strava on the fitbit app and through the Strava app. However, every time I go onto the strava within the app fitbit app it says the current status is 'unauthorised'. Any guidance would be super appreciated.

@Oberon22 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you're still seeing "authorized status" on your Ionic. 

 

I would like you to try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Please make sure you've done this procedure to connect Strava and Ionic 

- Once you've linked the accounts through the App Gallery, sync your Ionic 

- If you're still seeing the message mentioned above, then restart your watch and sync again 

- Leave the Fitbit app running in the background of the phone for the app to receive updated
