Unable to change Ionic clock face

Having trouble changing my clock face on my Ionic. When I go to change the clock face and click on the one I want and it tries to go to it to install it just spins and can't go to the page.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit Ionic? When was the first time you experienced this issue and does this occur with every clock face? To fix this, please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

 

After trying the above steps, please check: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

This is with every clock face. I just got my Ionic and wanted to change the
clock face. It doesn't open up any of the clock faces to install.

Thanks for the information that was shared with me. Can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Did you try the steps that were shared on my previous post? Do you receive an error when trying to open a clock face or it simply doesn't load?

I have a Samsung galaxy 7. I followed all the steps you mentioned and it still doesn't work. It doesn't load.

Seems odd that you're still unable to change the clock face of your Fitbit Ionic. To move forward with this and to further investigate why you're unable to change the clock face of your device, can you please let me know which Android version is your Samsung mobile device running? This seems to be an issue related with a pending update, on your device or the Fitbit app, therefore, I'll be waiting for your reply.
