Hi.  My ionic is not allowing me to change the screen wake mode.  It is set to manual and it won’t let me change it back.  I see the option but it is grey and it won’t let me change it. Anyone know how to fix?

@Robfromcanada A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

I appreciate the details mentioned. I would like you to double check that your Ionic isn't in Sleep Mode or you have enabled the "Always-on" display, this will avoid that you could change the Screen Wake settings. 

To adjust certain settings such as screen brightness and sleep mode, please swipe down from the top of your screen and adjust your "Quick Settings".
