I am having trouble with stopping my Iconic from automatically recognizing and starting a run. Due to poor GPS results on the Ionic I always track my runs via the phone app. When I get on the road and my pace/heart rate increases the watch fires up the GPS and starts a run. This causes me to have duplicate workouts and the heart rate data always defaults to the workout Recorded through the watch and isn’t able to be found by my preferred workout recorded through the app. I have disabled all auto recognition of workouts, reset the watch and re-synched the watch numerous times but with no success. Can someone help!! I have attached pictures showing the duplicate workouts and the huge discrepancies between them in regards to pace and distance. Also, I included a picture of when the watch fires up the duplicate run about two minutes in that I want turned off. Let me know if you have any questions!!

Hello @Brandon_Sotto and welcome to the Help forums. The Run choice in the exercise app on the Ionic has a Run Detect feature. I have a Versa 2 on my account, but the path should be the same. Go to your exercise app on your Ionic > Run > tap on the gear. Scroll down to Run Detect and turn it off.
