Unable to receive text notifications

Barely a day goes by when I dont re-pair, delete re-install app , switch on-off, factory reset, ubable to receive text notificatiobs as promised despite following guides on this forum  and now to cap it off  the charging cable no longer charges....I have had this piece of junk for  three months. I want my money back and the counless wasted hours trying to get some value of it.

Im factually stating my experience of a device I paid alot of money for its
neither "nice" or "nasty" because I am talking about an inanimate object.
My post is to alert others considering the ionic....my view is dont, Others
may have a positive experience but a casual review of posts on this forum
show a wide range of persistent problems with this device.

I have posted gripes on this board, only to have the moderators remove it for being 'inflammatory'.  I give even odds they do it on this one.
