Dear all
I own a Fitbit Ionic and a Fitbit Versa 2. I recently completed the factory reset for both the devices and when I swipe to the 'today' app, I do not longer see information about water, food, sleep... When looking at the settings, there is also not the possibility to select those options anymore. Before the reset, this still was possible. The only things I can still see in the app are: Heartrate and steps.
I already visited the app in the Fitbit app itself, and no updates are needed.
What should I do?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the research done prior to posting. I would like you to restart your Ionic and your Versa 2, after this please check if all the Fitbit Today options appear.
If you're still not getting all the options, please set up your Ionic as a new device to your Fitbit account.
