Unable to set pool length on Ionic

Hi everyone,

Help. How do I change the pool length?

Hopefully someone has figured this out. I've search through the forum and on Fitbit's Help pages and they all say the same thing, neither of which works for me. I'm trying to change the length of the pool from 25m to 50m.

1. Option 1 says to go to the advance settings in the apps and change it there. The only only I have there is to change the measurements of the swim from metres to yards and vice versa. Nothing about pool length.

2. Option 2 says to go to the exercise app, select swim and click on the cog at the top left and the first option in pool length. When I tap on pool length, all that happens is that the screen changes back to swim and the pool length remains 25m. I've tried swiping in all directions, long taps, short taps, multiple taps and even pressing the buttons and nothing seems to work.

@rebock  Option 2 is the one that is supposed to be the right one.  I have a Versa on my account, but they behave the same way.  When I tap on the pool length, I get a scrolling wheel type of screen where I can set the pool length.

The first troubleshooting step is to restart your Ionic.
