Unable to setup Ionic

I have an old Ionic that I bought mid 2018, that I thought was lost. I bought a new different less expensive tracker. I just recently found it again. Bought a new charger (had thrown the last one out). Ionic is fully charged. Trying to add it to my android device. Message says "device found" and gives me a code on Ionic screen. I enter the code, and then it can't connect. Have tried turning phone on and off, turning bluetooth on and off, turning Ionic on and off. Any ideas?

To further investigate, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
