So I had this issue where my Ionic wouldn’t sync with my phone, and would stay on “Locating.” I decided troubleshoot and decided to try a workaround by factory resetting my Ionic and setting it up again. Two days later, I’m still struggling to get my watch set up. I’m still on the first part of setting it up, the watch says go to Fitbit.com/setup, my iPhone X for some reason isn’t finding the Ionic.
