My ionic is not syncing data at all the app says ionic not found. Hasn’t been tracking since Friday tried to restart my phone closed the pep restarted it turned blue tooth off and back on again nothing I even tried to turn the watch off but it turns off and turns back on right away. It’s tracking stuff on the watch but not in the app. Wtf.

Plenty of discussion in previous threads.
The Fitbit app may need FORCE STOPING. I have to do this every day or 3 on Android. Not sure about iOS.
Have a read through numerous previous discussions.
Nothing new to add on this issue.

I read through a lot of the strategies none of them worked. But what did work was doing a force power down on my watch so I went to settings about and shut down. And then I turned it back on and it synced. Took a few mins cuz it had to load 3 days worth of data. But it worked !! Maybe it’ll fix the issue for you ?

As an experiment I tried your suggestion of shutting down my Ionic - as it hasn't been powered down for a few months. Was a bit worried when it didn't quickly boot back up. But may have got the restart sequence around the wrong way.
Still had to Force Stop the app on my phone for a succesful sync though. So no change there.
Anyway, probably was time it had a rerstart.
I think you were just lucky that a restart renabled your syncing.
Many of us have tried EVERYTHING - including holding our mouth right!
