Unable to sync after update

Installed the New Ionic update today and now it won’t sync with my phone. I’ve tried all the methods and nothing works. I’m so upset as this is my third Fitbit and all have them have had problems. I’m disabled and I rely on this watch so much, I’m heartbroken.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
