Trying to sync my Ionic to the app after the main clock face went blank. when I swipe the face the other screens come up just not the clock face. I tried to sync with my app and it just sits and spins for a long time. suggestions?

UPDATE: It pays to just read the forums before posting. The reset procedure worked for me. Good luck everyone...
